Welcome to Patricia's Chocolate®
Patricia's Chocolate is an artisan selection of 28 premier ganache and caramel chocolates, as well as a collection of extraordinary specialty confections. Handcrafted from only the finest domestic and imported French couverture cocoas in the commercial kitchen in her home in Grand Haven, Michigan, there are absolutely no artificial flavorings, additives, or preservatives in Patricia's Chocolates, and all dairy products are rBST free.
Trained by world-class chocolatiers at the French Pastry School and Callebaut Institute in Chicago, Patricia creates recipes that combine cocoa, fresh butter, and creams with exotic varieties of imported spices, fresh herbs, fruit purees, coffees, teas, and fine liqueurs. Every beautiful, individually hand-finished palet yields subtle and delicate flavors rarely found in chocolates with such exquisite taste.
Patricia is one of only a few chocolatiers in the world entrusted with Fortunato No.4, the Pure Naçional 68% dark cru made from an extremely rare cacao thought to have been extinct but recently rediscovered growing high in the Peruvian Andes' Maranõn River Valley. As it was in the 1800's, this wonderful chocolate is again coveted for its imcomparable and complex flavor profile.
Unique origami-like packaging finish her products as extraordinary gifts or as a delightful indulgence. We know you will find Patricia's Chocolat fait maison ~ homemade chocolate ~ to be unparalleled in taste and artistic quality.
Bon appétit!
