Join Patty at the Spring Lake Library from 7 to 8 pm to sample her exquisite chocolates, and to hear her discuss the fine art of making ganache and caramel confections. It's a great chance to ask questions, hear about life in the chocolate kitchen, and learn about the chemistry of chocolate. You'll also learn about an exciting discovery in the mountains of South America, and Patty's remarkable opportunity to make chocolate from a thought to be extinct variety of cacao documented to be the mother of all chocolate! It's also a great chance to make a significant dent in your Valentine's Day Gift list! There is no charge for this event, but registration is required as space is limited.
